Colin I have been on your mailing list for awhile, but never reviewed your Blog. this is absolutely fantastic. I am rather a newbie, and you seem to have the answers of several things, probably more when I dig deeper, of questions I had to get things moving.
My website, Betchaboop Information, is promoting Breast Cancer Awareness and Prevention. I am a 3 time survivor. I have been fighting this monster for 4.5 years and 9 surgeries and still have 3 years of treatments left. However, I am not cancer free. I do have a lot of followups, tests, etc this year yet, so I probably won’t get my inventory done until January. I am telling my story, hoping to inspire others not to ignore the signs or DX, and to build their inner strength from every crisis and trauma in your life, then enabling you to deal with cancer so much better. My focus will be physical, mental,emotional and financial health. All of which are easily destroyed when a close loved one has cancer. With lifestyle and financial changes they will become more prepared for anything. I have also put together a large list of cancer org’s for those seeking additional info. I felt strongly prompted to reply to this post about breast cancer because it is one very terrible illness, and not so long ago my wife and I were personally and profoundly impacted by it.
We lost one of my wife’s very best and closest friends, Angela Istolena Dent, to breast cancer here in Oxford (just a couple of years ago), and from this we both now know only ALL TOO WELL that this awful disease can just strike at anybody without warning, anywhere, and at any time! In Angela’s case, they didn’t diagnose and get to it in time before it had a chance to spread to another part of her body, and then it was too late for them to be able to help her.
We would like to wish you wholeheartedly a complete and full recovery from this condition, and may you be truly blessed for your courage in having to cope with this terrible thing at first hand yourself, both physically and mentally.
I agree Facebook presents huge and growing opportunity for any marketer to reach targeted audience, to establish relations with prospects, provide value to prospects and brand You Inc. There are certain technicalities involved when utilizing all those opportunities, but being unique, caring and demonstrating leadership are most important and worthwhile to practice and develop.
